Yes. HTMLBox Pro supports full HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You can add analytics scripts, interactive widgets, countdown timers, or any custom JS. The code editor includes syntax highlighting and error detection to help you write clean code.

Will it slow down my store?

No. HTMLBox Pro caches rendered blocks so they are served from cache on subsequent page loads. The cache is automatically invalidated when you edit a block. Even with dozens of active blocks, the performance impact is negligible.

Can I show different content to different customer groups?

Yes — this is one of HTMLBox Pro's most powerful features. You can create display rules based on customer group (wholesale, VIP, guest, logged-in), category, specific product, language, country, or any combination using AND/OR logic.

Does it work with multistore?

Yes. HTMLBox Pro is fully multistore compatible. You can create blocks for individual shops or share them across all shops. The import/export feature makes it easy to copy blocks between stores.

Can I schedule content blocks to appear and disappear automatically?

Yes. Every block supports date-based scheduling with start and end dates (including time). Perfect for seasonal banners, limited-time promotions, holiday announcements, and campaign-specific content.

What hook positions are available?

HTMLBox Pro supports 40+ PrestaShop hook positions including header, footer, left/right columns, home page, product page (above/below description, tabs), category page, cart, checkout, CMS pages, and many more. The visual hook selector shows you exactly where each position appears.

Can I use Twig templates for dynamic content?

Yes. HTMLBox Pro supports Twig templates, giving you access to PrestaShop variables like customer name, cart total, current language, and more. This lets you create personalized content without custom PHP code.

How does the A/B testing work?

Create two or more variants of a content block, set the traffic split (e.g., 50/50), and HTMLBox Pro automatically serves different versions to different visitors. It tracks conversions and shows statistical significance so you know when a winner has been found.

What languages are included?

Polish, English, German, French, Spanish, and Italian are included out of the box. Additional languages can be added via PrestaShop's built-in translation tool.
