FA(3) XML — The Only Compliant Module
Since February 2026, the Polish Ministry of Finance requires FA(3) schema for all KSeF submissions — FA(2) is rejected. KSeF Pro is the only PrestaShop module that generates fully compliant FA(3) XML invoices, validated against the official XSD, and signed with XAdES-BES digital signatures.

GTU Codes & MPP Detection
Assign GTU (Grupa Towarów i Usług) codes per product directly in the PrestaShop product admin — all 13 categories required for JPK_VAT reporting. The module also automatically detects B2B transactions over 15,000 PLN and adds the mandatory Split Payment (MPP) annotation to the FA(3) XML.

Multi-NIP Seller Profiles

Offline 24h Mode
When the KSeF API is down or unreachable, the module switches to offline mode and continues generating invoices locally. When KSeF comes back online, all queued invoices are submitted automatically. Fully compliant with the Ministry of Finance's 24-hour grace period regulation for KSeF outages.

Proforma support lets you generate preliminary invoices before KSeF submission and convert them to final FA(3) on payment.

Batch Sessions & Intelligent Error Recovery
Submit hundreds of invoices in a single KSeF session. The module manages the full lifecycle — opening, submitting, monitoring, closing, and downloading UPO. When errors occur, the batch error parser provides per-invoice details so you know exactly which invoice failed and why.
